Rupali Panse, BAMS (India), MS (Nutrition, USA) is a respected Ayurveda Consultant and Integrative Nutritionist with a thriving global practice providing personalized Ayurvedic consultations and nutrition guidance to clients across India, the USA, Canada, and Europe. She is widely known for successfully integrating traditional Ayurveda with modern nutrition science to help individuals manage chronic conditions, improve gut health, and adopt sustainable wellness practices.
With over 23 years of clinical experience and thousands of clients, she has more than 10 years of teaching and mentoring experience, having guided over 1,000 students and delivered 120+ Ayurveda webinars for community wellness. She has contributed to curriculum development at Savitribai Phule Pune University and served as Course Director for India’s first Post Graduate Certificate Course of Integrative Dietetics. Rupali Panse is also the Assistant Editor of the Journal of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine (JAIM) and a faculty resource for the National Institute of Ayurveda (NIA), Jaipur. She collaborates with many Ayurveda institutions in the USA. She holds a key position at the Hindu University of America (HUA) as a driving force behind the Department of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine. At HUA, she has designed and teaches six specialized certificate courses:
- Ayurveda Essential Nutrition,
- Ayurveda Advanced Nutrition,
- Ayurveda Therapeutic Cooking for Healthy Living,
- Ayurveda: Yoga Retreat and Internship,
- Chakra Immersion Retreat, and

Through these programs, she brings authentic Ayurveda education to students worldwide, equipping them with practical skills for integrative wellness and preventive health.
Rupali Panse is the Vice President of the Ayurveda Association of Florida (AAF) and a Board Member of the National Consortium of Ayurveda Medicine (NCAM). She also contributes to India’s national nutrition mission as a Project Member (Aharkranti), a joint venture with the Ministry of AYUSH.
A passionate educator and published author, she received national recognition for her book ‘Udarasth’, honored with the Best Ayurveda Wellness Book 2018 and Ayurveda Vidnyan Mandal Best Book 2022. She has also contributed chapters to international research publications, including ‘Anxiety, Gut Microbiome, and Nutraceuticals’ and ‘Nutraceuticals for Aging and Antiaging’ (CRC Press, USA). Her mission remains rooted in empowering communities to embrace preventive health and holistic living through the wisdom of Ayurveda.
