Sattvic diet



Food is capable of nourishing emotions like happiness, satisfaction, and kindness . Don’t get surprised if I tell you food can also feed anger, jealousy, laziness, confusions etc .
Ayurveda has classified food into three types of nature. Sattvic , Rajasic and Tamasic are three types of food. Sattvic diet helps nourish the cells wisely and it does not create unwanted toxins. Sattvic type of food nourishes body, mind and soul.
Ayurveda has strong belief that for physical and mental being Sattvic diet should be more compared to Rajasic and Tamasic diet. Rajasic diet is exotic ,harsh, strong and Tamasc diet is heavy, stale,with no nutritional value . They generate toxins in the body. We make you aware of what kind of food you are eating in your day to day life. Don’t worry it’s our job to balance these three guna in your life.
